It ensures every team works with accurate, up-to-date information.

How do I get access to Coolabo?

Coolabo is provisioned by your admin team. Once your account is created, you'll receive access based on your role and department — no separate sign-up needed.

Who can see the documents I upload?

You choose the visibility when you upload — General (everyone), Company-wide, or restricted to a specific Department. You're always in control of who can find and open a file.

Does my training progress get saved automatically?

Yes. Every video you watch, slide deck you review, and quiz you complete is tracked automatically. You can leave and come back anytime — your progress picks up right where you left off.

What happens if a training is marked "Mandatory"?

Mandatory trainings appear on your dashboard until completed, and most include a quiz you'll need to pass (80% or higher) to mark them finished. Your completion status is visible to your department admin.
